TN SMART (TamilNadu System for Multi-hazard potential impact Assessment and emergency Response Tracking) is a web-based system designed to leverage weather forecast products for assessing potential impacts, evaluating and disseminating impact management options, with a robust data management system for organizing and processing weather, disaster risk, and emergency response resources data.

The system distributes alerts and advisories to registered users through a dedicated application, aimed at informing specific target areas based on early warning priorities.

The application provides various sound alerts for push notifications corresponding to different levels of weather alerts. Users receive flood risk alerts based on the forecast in their location and are able to provide feedback to support the system.

Important: This application will supersede the ringtone and sound settings on your mobile device. Therefore, when an emergency alert is issued, it will switch the device from Silent mode to Ringing mode to deliver the notification sound.
